When we use the term irregular it is defective...the Baby AR Pillows are from 2 different frabric lots.                                                                         The harness may be of a lighter quilted material then the quilted wedge cover and the pillow sheets                                                                    vary slightly in color and texture than the full prices item.  Our Demo items may be a little soiled since they                                                         were used for demonstrations at trade shows, doctor's offices, hospitals or stores.
