INSTRUCTIONS AR Pillow | Relieve Infant Reflux | Relieve Baby Reflux

How to Position Your Baby:

The Safest Way to Relieve Baby Acid Reflux, Infant Reflux and Colic...

These instructions apply to the Preemie/Bassinet and Baby AR Pillow: Place the baby in the harness so that their bottom is resting on the floor or mattress.  The head ring can be moved down the pillow surface into the harness to surround the baby if he/she is very small.  Place the harness around the baby’s waist, twist the part that goes between the legs to make it narrower for smaller babies.  Then bring it up through the legs and secure it across their chest,  If the baby is small or very young you will need to roll the chest portion down away from the baby.

If your baby likes to tuck their arms in while they sleep, we suggest you place a blanket under the chest harness and roll the chest harness down towards the belly so that the baby can tuck their arms in but still be secure in the pillow. The blanket should take up any gaps so that the baby cannot slide their arms or themselves under the chest harness. Watch your baby the first few times you place them in the pillow to make sure they are secured safely in the pillow.
